Billionaire William Koch was so worried that the bordeaux he bought for $320,000 was fake, he had five experts examine it, according to an opening statement in a Manhattan federal suit yesterday.

The experts couldn’t open the bottles, and a study took years.

“It’s difficult to tell . . . without tasting,” said Arthur Shartsis, a lawyer for the seller.
