A bouncer at a Queens bar and restaurant was beaten to death by a band of thugs early Saturday, police sources said.

Elsworth Reid, 43, was working the door at Johnny’s Restaurant and Bar on Rockaway Boulevard in Ozone Park at around 1:15 a.m. when one of a group of up to eight people punched him and knocked him to the ground, the sources said.

Once Reid was down, several in the crowd relentlessly attacked him, the sources said. He was later pronounced dead at Jamaica Hospital, police said.

Cops arrested two Queens residents at the scene. Police identified them as Deonarine Deoraj, 31 and Harrydatt Nandalall, 48. Both were charged with manslaughter and assault.

Ali Richei, 45, who works at the deli next door to Johnny’s, said Reid was “a nice guy, not a tough guy with attitude.”
