A bound and badly decomposed body that was found washed up on a beach in Queens was identified yesterday as that of a woman who disappeared in December.

Marisha Cheong, 24, was found clothed and bound at the hands by a passerby in Breezy Point shortly before 8:40 a.m. on Saturday, cops said.

She was last seen in Jamaica, Queens on Dec. 19 before she vanished.

The woman’s boyfriend, Latchman Balkaran, was taken into police custody last night, according to his mother.
