They didn’t say it with flowers — but with an indictment.

A Manhattan grand jury yesterday voted to indict accused bank robber Eddie Pemberton in a string of foliage-facilitated felonies.

The so-called “Bouquet Bandit” is accused of holding up at least two Manhattan banks while holding flowers or a potted plant. In each case, Pemberton allegedly pulled his stick-up note out of the greenery to hand to the teller.

He remains held on $200,000 bail pending his next court date, August 18, when he’ll hear the charges against him.
