A 12-year-old boy was seriously hurt when he fell off a Queens train while subway surfing during the Friday morning rush, cops said.

The pre-teen was recklessly riding on top of a No. 7 train at the 111th Street station in Corona around 8:15 a.m. when he fell off the side, authorities said.

He landed on the tracks but was not struck by the train, police said.

The boy was rushed to Elmhurst Hospital Center, where he was initially listed in critical condition, police said.

Later in the morning, he was considered to be in critical but stable condition, according to cops.

The boy’s nearly tragic stunt came almost five months after Krystel Romero, 13, was killed and her 14-year-old companion left fighting for her life after they subway surfed at the same station in October.

Also in October, 13-year-old Brooklyn boy Adolfo Sorzano was killed at the Forest Avenue station in what his family said was an attempt at a viral TikTok challenge.

And in January, a 16-year-old boy was hospitalized with leg injuries when he fell off an F train he’d been surfing at the Briarwood subway station.
