A 16-year-old boy was critically injured when he was stabbed five times in the chest and abdomen, possibly with a screwdriver, Sunday evening in Brooklyn, according to cops and law enforcement sources.

The attack happened around 6:50 p.m. at the intersection of Carrol Street and Rochester Avenue in Crown Heights when an assailant or assailants assaulted the teen victim, cops said.

A screwdriver was recovered near the crime scene and cops are investigating if the household tool was used in the stabbing, sources said.
