The monster who set his girlfriend on fire and bludgeoned her with a hammer has been indicted, prosecutors said Tuesday.
Larry McGloster, 26, looked stonefaced during the brief appearance in Manhattan Criminal Court. The charges are still sealed, but he was arrested on attempted murder, assault and arson raps for the gruesome June 12 attack.
Alicia Avery, 32, suffered “bleeding gashes to her head, skull fractures, damaged teeth” and burns over 90 percent of her body, according to prosecutors.
The Brooklyn woman was still on fire when she ran into the hallway of the Upper West Side building “crying for help,” court papers say. A neighbor tried to put out the flames by wrapping her in a blanket.
