Jurors put a frown on the face of Central Park clown Alexander “Sasha” Alhovsky yesterday, rejecting his claim that three NYPD cops used excessive force to bust him on suspicion of leaving a fake bomb — actually his battery-powered balloon pump — in an Upper East Side Starbucks in 2006.

The city Law Department hailed the verdict, calling Alhovsky’s arrest “absolutely appropriate,” while his lawyer vowed an appeal.
