A career anarchist

in 2014 was arrested again on Friday during an immigration protest in downtown Manhattan, sources said.

Diego Ibañez, 28, was blocking traffic with seven other protesters at West Houston and Varick Street when he was busted by the NYPD’s Strategic Response Group at around 6 p.m., according to the law enforcement sources.

Ibañez was arrested for hurling red paint at Bratton during an anti-cop protest in Times Square on Nov 24.

The rabble-rouser had his felony assault rap for the Bratton incident reduced to a misdemeanor because the damage to the commissioner’s clothing was under the $250 threshold.

Ibañez, who was demonstrating Friday in front of the US Immigration and Customs Enforcement building, was charged with disorderly conduct, resisting arrest and blocking vehicle traffic.
