Westchester prosecutors are seeking to dismiss charges against a Pace University football player’s teammates arrested after he was fatally shot by a cop.

Prosecutors said in a court motion filed yesterday that prosecuting the four teammates would “not serve the ends of justice.”

They say the defendants’ actions after the slaying last Oct. 17 of 20-year-old Pace University student Danroy Henry resulted from “youthful visceral reactions to the sudden, unexpected shooting of their friend.”

Three were accused of misdemeanors, including disorderly conduct and obstruction. One was accused of criminal mischief.

A grand jury declined to indict the officer who fatally shot Henry as he drove away from a bar in Thornwood.
