The verdict was as lopsided as the boob job.

A Bronx woman who claimed plastic surgery left her with a big right breast and a smaller, sagging left one walked away empty-handed last week.

A Bronx Supreme Court jury found that Dr. Teresita Benaquista departed from good and accepted medical practice in 2000 when she operated on Elizabeth Little, 58.

But they also found that the clerk from Williamsbridge suffered no injury.

“I just can’t believe it,” said Little.

Benaquista’s lawyer, Alan Friedberg, conceded that Little’s breasts did look somewhat off, but noted that another doctor had since fixed the problem.
