The feds are finally set to hand out indictments in the Bridgegate scandal that ensnared New Jersey Gov. Chris Christie’s administration, a new report said Wednesday.

Investigators have homed in on officials in Fort Lee, NJ, to complete the probe and an announcement could come as early as next week, according to The New York Times.

Charges could include possible conflicts of interest and bribery.

Several George Washington Bridge access lanes from Fort Lee were closed for several days in September 2013, gridlocking the town reportedly to punish its mayor for not endorsing Christie’s re-election. The orders came from a Christie aide.
