The ex-stockbroker who made up fictional investors to scam Broadway producers of the failed musical “Rebecca” out of finder’s fees is seeking divine intervention when he’s sentenced Friday.

Long Island businessman Mark Hotton, 48, on Thursday submitted copies of two Bible-study certificates that he recently earned online. It was part of a filing to Manhattan federal Judge John Koetl seeking a lenient sentence of 27 months or time served.

Hotton faces more than three years in prison after pleading guilty to scamming producers out of $65,000 by promising to line up more than $4 million through the sham investors.
