The broker charged with throwing the most damaging punches in an April slugfest at the New York Athletic Club’s bar rejected a plea deal from prosecutors yesterday.

Under the offer, Colin Drowica, 30, a director at Knight Capital, would have pleaded to misdemeanor assault and harassment in exchange for eight months in jail.

Drowica allegedly punched another man in the club’s Tap Room so hard, he fractured the guy’s eye socket.

Drowica, of Glen Head, LI, is accused of joining in the donnybrook with fellow North Shore-resident clubgoers Peter Doran, 28, of Glen Head, and Matthew O’Grady, 31, of Glen Cove.

Doran turned down a similar, six-month offer, and O’Grady declined to take a mere eight days’ community service. Both men are accused of throwing punches.
