A Staten Island broker pleaded guilty Wednesday to a $131 million pump-and-dump scheme.

Naveed Khan, 33, pleaded to securities fraud for ripping off investors in ForceField, a publicly traded distributor of LED light products, between 2009 and 2015, Brooklyn federal authorities said.

Khan received at least $49,000 in cash kickbacks in exchange for buying more than 69,000 shares of ForceField stock for at least 47 clients totaling more than $531,000, the criminal complaint says.

Khan faces up to 20 years behind bars, on top of restitution and fines.

His lawyer had no comment.
