A 4-year-old Bronx boy was fatally struck by a vehicle just steps from his home Tuesday evening, cops said.

Ebrahim Kebe was hit by a 2010 Chrysler minivan on Topping Avenue in Tremont at 6:20 p.m., cops said.

“I heard the crash and I could hear the parents screaming and crying,” one neighbor said.

Ebrahim was rushed to Bronx Lebanon Hospital where he was pronounced dead.

The driver remained at the scene and no criminality was immediately suspected, cops said.
