An employee at a Bronx car dealership was fatally stabbed by his older co-worker during a feud on Monday, police said.
The fight between the 53-year-old, Jose Almodovar, and Brandon Almonte, 22, broke out about 4:30 p.m. at a Jeep dealership in Kingsbridge on Broadway and West 240th Street, cops said.
It’s unclear what sparked the confrontation.
Almonte, of Yonkers, was found stabbed multiple times in the neck inside the business.
He was taken to New York-Presbyterian Allen Pavilion Hospital and pronounced dead.
Police recovered a knife from the scene and took the Almodovar into custody.
He is charged with murder, manslaughter, and criminal possession of a weapon, according to police.
