A 3-year-old girl fell to the street from a second-story window in her Bronx apartment Saturday evening.

The toddler suffered a leg injury and was taken to Lincoln Hospital, police said.

“I heard her fall,” neighbor Cynthia Oliver told The Post. “I was in my kitchen and I heard a thump and a man said there was a child on the ground.” She ran out and found the girl lying on Jesup Avenue in Mount Eden, “awake and crying … I was just trying to keep her calm.”

She believes the child was able to crawl over the window gate. “I’m praying to God she’s OK,” Oliver said.
