A 23-year-old was hospitalized Wednesday after two men wearing FedEx uniforms forced their way into his Bronx apartment and shot him in the chest, cops said.

The victim was in an upscale Bronx building known as the Haven on East 135th Street in Mott Haven when the men stole his phone and forced him into his unit at gunpoint, police said.

The victim, whose identity wasn’t immediately released, was taken to Lincoln Hospital in critical condition, cops said.

Detectives reviewed video from the building that showed the two men wearing shirts emblazoned with the shipping company’s logo taking the victim’s phone and forcing him into his unit at gunpoint.

Once inside, one of the duo is believed to have shot the victim, cops said. They fled in a black Nissan Rogue.

There was no known motive.
