A Bronx man today was charged in the fatal shooting of a young mom near Crotona Park, police said.

Police last night nabbed Jeffry Ramirez, 19 as he attempted to flee the country by taking a flight from JFK to the Dominican Republic, cops said.

He was charged with murder in connection with the early Sunday morning shooting of 24-year-old Yaritza Pacheco — who police believe was not the intended target — and her 23-year-old male companion on East 174th Street near Boston Road, cops said.

Pacheco was shot in the neck, while the other victim was shot in the right leg. The surviving victim was listed in stable condition at St. Barnabas Hospital.
