It’s all fun and field day games until someone breaks an arm.

A Bronx teacher fractured her left arm June 2019 while playing tug of war at the Mott Hall V School field day activities when the rope snapped, according to a Bronx Supreme Court lawsuit. 

The rope, and other equipment for the Soundview school’s field day, was provided by We Got Games With A Message Inc., said educator Mattie Neville, who is suing the company and the city for negligence.

Neville is seeking unspecified damages. Lonnie Brown, who runs We Got Games, declined comment. The city said it would review the lawsuit.
