A Bronx woman faces up to life in prison without the possibility of parole following her first-degree murder conviction.

Maria Rios was convicted of killing Angelica Grullon during a robbery on Feb. 8, 2007.

Bronx District Attorney Robert Johnson says Rios knocked on the victim’s apartment door and asked to use the bathroom.

Grullon was there with her 1-year-old son and a friend. Rios robbed them at gunpoint.

Grullon ran into the hallway and was shot during a struggle.

Video surveillance cameras showed Rios fleeing.

Sentencing is set for March 9.
