A bicyclist is in critical condition after being struck by a hit-and-run driver this afternoon in Brooklyn, authorities said.

The rider, a 39-year-old man, was taken to Kings County Hospital in respiratory arrest after he was hit at Flatbush and Foster avenues.

There was no description of the car that fled, cops said. The victim was getting a CAT scan this afternoon.
