An e-bike rider is clinging to life after he was struck by a hit-and-run driver in Brooklyn early Friday, cops said. 

The unidentified man was riding the bike at the intersection of 10th Avenue and 18th Street in Windsor Terrace around 12:10 a.m. when another driver, possibly in an SUV, struck him, authorities said. 

The driver took off and has not yet been caught.

The victim was taken to NewYork-Presbyterian Brooklyn Methodist Hospital in critical condition, authorities said.
