A 9-year-old Brooklyn girl and two other city residents were identified on Sunday night as fatal victims of the Pennsylvania bus crash, authorities said.

Little Jaremy Vazquez was aboard the New York-to-Ohio bus when it flipped over on the Pennsylvania Turnpike early Sunday and was slammed by multiple tractor-trailers about 30 miles east of Pittsburgh, according to the Westmoreland County Coroner.

Another passenger, 35-year-old Eileen Zelis Aria; and the bus driver, 58-year-old Shuang Qing Feng, died in the wreck that occurred as the bus was rounding a downhill curve, the coroner’s office said.

The other two crash victims were earlier identified as a pair of UPS truck drivers — Daniel Kepner, 53, and Dennis Kehler, 48.

The bus departed Chinatown en route to Cincinnati, making its first stop in Rockaway. Most of those aboard the bus were visiting from other countries and spoke only Spanish or Japanese.

Dozens of others were injured -—at least two critically — in the accident. Survivors on the bus were left rattled.

“I will never take a bus like that again,” one passenger, who wished to remain anonymous, told The Post through a Spanish translator.

“I am alive and I’m thankful for that, but I know some people aren’t that lucky and I’m sorry for that,” he added.
