A Queens teen was busted yesterday for the hit-and-run death of a Brooklyn food delivery man on a scooter, cops said.
Ju Xiang Chen, 49, was riding on Avenue V when Nissan driver Kathryn Foris, 18, blew through a red light on Gerritsen Avenue and slammed into him at 8:25 p.m. Thursday, police said.
Chen was knocked off the motor scooter and landed on the hood of the car, witnesses said. The heartless driver sped off, leaving the worker to die.
Police tracked Foris to her home at 9:40 p.m. She was charged with leaving the scene of an accident, cops said.
Chen who came from China a decade ago, was a longtime employee of Knapp Lucky Star and married, restaurant manager Jimmy Wong said.
