LIBERTY, N.Y. — A Brooklyn man faces a driving while intoxicated charge after cops caught him riding a golf cart along an upstate New York highway while allegedly drunk, the Times Herald-Record reported Thursday.
Franscisco Rosendo, 45, was charged with felony aggravated unlicensed operation and aggravated driving while intoxicated, a misdemeanor.
The trooper smelled alcohol on him when he was pulled over in Liberty Wednesday on State Route 55 and he was given a number of sobriety tests. A file check revealed that he was also unlicensed.
Rosendo was taken to the Sullivan County Jail on $10,000 bail.
