A Bay Ridge couple says their exercise-obsessed neighbor has turned a shared driveway into an outdoor gym where he lifts weights, slams medicine balls, and sledgehammers tires.
Edwin Aponte, a tenant of 225 73rd St., began using the 8-foot-wide space “to conduct weightlifting and exercise classes” sometimes for up to six hours a day, claim Apollo and Nataliya Hogan, who live next door, in a Brooklyn Supreme Court lawsuit.
He refuses to let cars into the driveway while he’s pumping iron and is damaging the concrete with his loud antics, the couple claims.
