A man escaped serious injury after tumbling onto the subway tracks at a Brooklyn station, officials said.
The victim fell onto the northbound A tracks at the Schermerhorn station at about 1 p.m., officials said.
MTA officials were alerted and immediately suspended train service. There was no incoming or outgoing train, MTA officials said.
The straphanger suffered a cut to the head and was taken to Kings County Hospital.
