A driver has been arrested after the death of a pedestrian in Brooklyn.

Police say 52-year-old Brian Waldman was hit at about 8 p.m. Monday as he stood next to a parked car. He was pronounced dead at Coney Island Hospital.

A 23-year-old is charged with leaving the scene of an accident and driving with a suspended license.
