A gas leak has forced the evacuation of 200 people at a school for the disabled in New York City.
The fire department says the gas leak was reported at 10:30 a.m. Thursday at a facility run by the Association for the Help of Retarded Children in Brooklyn.
No injuries have been reported. Students were not immediately let back into the school.
A spokeswoman for National Grid said crews are repairing the leak.
A phone call to the school rang unanswered Thursday.
