Tourists suffering from Manhattan hotel sticker shock are about to invade Brooklyn.

A 321-room Sheraton — the borough’s first new hotel in 12 years — opened yesterday with an indoor swimming pool and a 360-degree-view rooftop lounge.

The 25-story, 21-suite Duffield Street facility hopes to lure visitors doing business at Chase Manhattan Bank, the US District Courthouse and Morgan Stanley.
