A former gym teacher accused of groping a student claims the city Department of Education decided she was guilty without evidence.

Lisa Guttilla was a gym teacher at James Madison HS in Brooklyn and a part-time volleyball coach at Poly Prep Country Day School when a 14-year-old girl at the private school claimed Guttilla groped her.

Guttilla claims she was harassed until she agreed to resign, even though the criminal charges against her were dropped.

She has filed an $11 million lawsuit against the city.

Poly Prep declined to comment.
