Two teens, including one from the Big Apple, were reportedly killed after their car plunged off an overpass and burst into flames in Rockland County.

Saniha Cekik, 15, of Brooklyn and Altin Nezaj, 17, of Pearl River, both died following the horrific 3:30 p.m. wreck on Route 304 in Pearl River, according to Lohud.com.

The Porsche SUV the two were in — which was driven by Aisha Radoncic, 17, of Orangeburg — collided with a Volkswagen Jetta before falling onto New Jersey Transit train tracks.

Radoncic was taken to Westchester Medical Center with serious injuries, the outlet said.

The driver of the Jetta, Jason Castro, wasn’t injured.

Orangetown police said the investigation into the fiery wreck is ongoing.
