The brother of former WWE superstar Ashley Massaro has been identified as the victim in a fatal Midtown stabbing from last month, according to cops.

Ronald Massaro, 39, was knifed around 9:15 p.m. on Nov. 21 just outside a 2 Bros Pizza spot near Eight Avenue and West 38th Street, according to police.

Massaro was rushed to Bellevue Hospital but he could not be saved.

Lawrence Downey, 59, was arrested the next day and charged with murder. He’s since been held without bail.

Cops released the Massaro’s name on Monday.

The man’s sister was Ashley Massaro, who committed suicide last year at the age of 39.
