It’s time to play ball in Washington Heights.
The Michael J. Buczek Little League, named in honor of the 24-year-old police officer gunned down by drug dealers in 1988, plays the first game of its 22nd season today.
Buczek’s dad, Ted, will join police brass in the league’s annual parade, from West 181st Street and Broadway to its playing field on Fort George Avenue.
