Fallen hedge-fund boss Alphonse “Buddy” Fletcher lost his racial-discrimination suit against the famed Dakota building — and now he’s about to lose the apartments he owns in the Upper West Side landmark.

A judge said Fletcher’s former lawyers, powerhouse firm Kasowitz, Benson, Torres and Friedman, can force the sale of two apartments and two former storage rooms he owns to cover $2.7 million in unpaid legal bills.

Fletcher, who is black, is appealing the ruling. He sued The Dakota in 2011 claiming the board was biased when it refused to sell him a fifth unit in the building.

The board said it rejected Fletcher simply because he didn’t have enough cash to purchase the $5.7 million apartment.
