There’s a new $495 million city budget gap — but it’s already mostly been filled.
When Mayor Bloomberg presents his executive budget for fiscal 2013 today, he’ll announce that revenues are coming in $352 million below expectations and “new needs,” primarily in social services, will consume another $143 million, officials said yesterday.
But the mayor grabbed the $466 million won in the settlement of the CityTime contract scandal.
