A superintendent of a Queens building was found fatally stabbed in the boiler room on Monday, cops said.

The 50-year-old man, whose name has been withheld pending family notification, was discovered at about 2:40 p.m. inside the room in a building on Merrick Blvd. near Ursina Road in St. Albans with stab wounds to his chest, according to police.

EMS personnel rushed the man to Jamaica Hospital, where he was pronounced deceased.

There were no suspects Monday evening, and cops did not immediately know the motive in the fatal stabbing.
