A woman was wounded in a drive-by shortly after midnight Wednesday in Manhattan, cops say.

The victim, 21, was walking in front of 498 W. 158th St. when an unknown person fired a shot from a white Jeep Grand Cherokee at 12:09 a.m. The bullet grazed her head. She was taken to Harlem Hospital in stable condition.

Cops do not know if she was the intended target.
