A Queens mom claims her young daughter’s teacher had no idea a class bully was repeatedly lopping off her daughter’s hair with scissors.
The would-be pint-sized hair stylist twice got hold of a pair of scissors, once from the teacher’s own desk, and sawed off one of her victim’s braids.
When mom Vicki Brown complained to administrators at Astoria’s PS 151 and asked for a safety transfer for her 5-year-old, they allegedly refused.
Brown is suing the city in Brooklyn federal court for $1 million.
The Department of Education declined to comment.
