Three burglars dressed entirely in black cut a hole in the roof of a Brooklyn grocery store and made off with nearly $50,000 in a weekend caper, cops said Monday.

The heist happened around 3:30 a.m. Sunday when the trio got onto the roof of a Key Food Supermarket on Crescent Street near Fulton Street in Cypress Hills, cops said.

Once inside, the crooks took about $50,000 from two safes and an ATM, police said.

The burglars caused about $1,000 damage to the food store’s roof. It was unclear how they lowered themselves from the roof to the store’s floor, cops said.
