A serial cat burglar has ripped off nine swanky East Village pads by climbing through a roof or a window, cops said yesterday.

The thief has swiped jewelry, a flat-screen TV, other electronics and cash during his monthlong spree.

None of the residents was home during the string of robberies.

The burglar first struck on March 10, breaking into two apartments in one East 13th Street building.

The latest break-in came last Saturday on Avenue C near East 10th Street.
