A 17-year-old was found dead on the tracks of a Bronx subway station with burn marks all over his body, police said.
Someone called 911 after spotting the body on the tracks of the Whitlock Avenue 6 train station in Foxhurst around 2:30 a.m. Tuesday.
When police arrived, they discovered the boy had suffered burns to his torso, possibly caused by coming into contact with the third rail, officials said.
The body was turned over to the Medical Examiner’s office to determine the official cause of death.
