Here’s one pickup this heroic MTA bus driver didn’t expect to make.

Andrew Caputaro, who drives the S53, ditched his bus loaded with riders on Staten Island to pluck a man from his flaming car just minutes before the vehicle exploded on Wednesday.

The victim, Devon Graham, of Brooklyn, released from the hospital yesterday, thanked the bus driver. “He stayed until all the police and firemen cleared away,” he said.
