A bus fatally struck a woman in Queens Thursday night — and the driver kept going, witnesses told The Post.
The pedestrian, in her early 20s, was walking along Hillside Avenue in Jamaica shortly before 9:30 p.m. when a Nassau Inter-County Express bus made a right turn where she was crossing and ran her over, witnesses said.
“We heard her scream, ‘Stop!’ We were all yelling at the bus driver, “Stop! You hit someone,’ but he kept driving forward,” said Dewayne Gray, 44, who was a passenger on the bus.
The driver was taken into custody for questioning, cops said
