Bus updates an easy cell
Waiting for the bus is about to get a whole lot easier.
Bus Time — the popular MTA program that lets riders check wait times through their cellphones — will be rolled out in two more boroughs by the end of this year, officials said yesterday.
The agency is preparing to add the 21st-century solution to the age-old problem of bus-stop boredom to The Bronx in the next couple of months.
Another yet-to-be-identified borough will get the commute-changing service — which is already being used in Staten Island — by the end of the year.
It is expected to go citywide by late 2013.
