An overhaul of Broadway north of Union Square will force six MTA bus lines to change their routes.

The Department of Transportation next month will start restricting traffic on Broadway between 23rd and 17th streets to one lane.

The roadway will get a barrier-protected bike path and, at 17th Street, a large swath of pedestrian space.

The X10 and X17 buses will hang a left on 32nd Street and head south on Park Avenue. The X1, X7, X9 and X12 will make a left on 22nd Street and also go down Park Avenue.
