A man accused of shooting the brother of Dallas Cowboys wide receiver Kevin Ogletree in the head on a Queens street has been arrested and charged with attempted murder, cops said yesterday.
Lonnie Miller, 23, of Jamaica, shot Calvin Ogletree, 24, in a money dispute Jan. 6 near the victim’s St. Albans luxury-car rental shop, police said.
He remains in critical condition.
