Cops investigating the bludgeoning death of a Bronx toddler have charged the mother’s boyfriend with the crime.

Ramel Green, 23, of The Bronx, was arraigned last night on a murder charge in the death Saturday of 22-month-old Sanaa Brewington in her mother’s Soundview apartment. He was held without bail. The girl died of blunt-impact injuries to her liver, spleen and pancreas after Green struck her repeatedly with his elbow, according to court papers.
